Location

The site is located in Newcastle Village, just off Main Street in Newcastle, Co. Dublin. Accessed through Ballynakelly House Estate along Newcastle Boulevard, just off the R120 Road, which is 2.5km from the Rathcoole Interchange on the Naas Road (N7) and 9km from the N7/MM50 motorway.

The location provides ease of access to all main arterial routes around Ireland. Dublin Airport and Dublin Port Tunnel are approximately 31 km and 28 km away, respectively. Dublin City Centre is located 18.5 km east of the land.

The site is situated a short distance from Newcastle Village, where there is easy access to public transport and all local amenities, some of which include shops, schools, restaurants, and churches. The village lies west of Casement Aerodrome (Baldonnell), the HQ of the Irish Air Corps. This property also benefits from the 68 & W62 bus routes.

The surrounding area is comprised of a mix of residential, agricultural, and industrial uses, with Greenogue Business Park and Aerodrome Business Park being two of Ireland’s biggest industrial campuses’ (c. 350 acres).
